Digital Product Nature
Valex provides digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital products and the impossibility of returning them once they have been delivered, ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH ZERO EXCEPTIONS. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances whatsoever.

- Technical Issues: Even if our product fails to function as advertised due to technical issues.

- Non-Delivery: Even if you claim you did not receive access to the product after purchase.

- Terms Violations: If your access was revoked due to violations of our Terms of Service.
- Unauthorized or Fraudulent Purchases: If the purchase was made fraudulently or without authorization.

Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for any subscription periods, partial or otherwise.
- All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage.
By Making A Purchase You Agree
By making a purchase on our platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to our strict no-refund policy.
- You understand that all sales are final and that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- You waive any right to dispute or chargeback the transaction through your payment provider.
